I tread on beards of trolls of green
Who, from my haste, did squeak in pain
That while I listened to famous screams
I must check the pigeons again

The zoo with tiny cage and paper toys
Has shown no will to join my face
And so from gray balcony of scribbled joys
I see the outline of fallen bodies traced

The larger pants with pockets filled of treasure lost
Do drag their cries from boat to court
Yet their greedy souls is what I desire most
So that the gods may sale from port

And in the kingdom of fallen hearts
Where refined shape and familiar soul may lie
Though great, it may improve its parts
Should it give the bonded man a try

It reminds me so of links of fate
Whose hearts of black have lacquer taste
Tis great, and grows immensely by the date
I hope that time will not lay it to waste

At closer realms, with walls of white
Where eagles soar and bull dogs bite
I should never know if things need be set right
I never draw close to an eagle's flight

In one case home struck love in curls
Doth wait for foreign ports to tap her reason
With acts committed rudely onto girls
Who realize the rooster's deadly treason

The apron would be glad to know
That it may be worn in olden diner
When brains consume the months to grow
The monster's bite is ever finer

The cogs and gears are filled with woe
For in this ink it spreads its tears
The creaks on moans of machineries show
The bold font that's grown for years

But in the cell of bears and bows
The light which blinds does cause a rain
Of screams that cry of broken vows
I'm so hyper in my brain
I am le tired of metaphorical poetry. So instead, nearly nonsensical poetry that moreso just describes my day.

Verse 1: The rug in my room is green and curly. I danced on it (note, I am heavy and it is squeaky) while listening to Vocaloid (Miku is apparently know for her 'scream'). Then I checked my mail (messenger pigeons, y'know?)

Verse 2: An AIB friend who is small and makes paper animals. She doesn't have the facebook. So I occasionally talk to her dA, where she uploads art (which has outlines).

Verse 3: Another AIB friend. This one has large pants (basically trip pants, and I am le jealous) with huge pockets filled with everything. She commutes, like I do, but takes the bus, and she's not shy to show how it pains her. She likes free things, which might help me speed up my current work study project because I need people to apply for free stuff (lol, am I social worker now?) (second lol "sale" from port instead of "sail" total mistake but totally accurate, amirite?)

Verse 4: AIB friend who likes Kingdom Hearts and draws in that style, basically. She's good at art, and reminds me of the person in Verse 5. I think she could be more open to criticism though because she sometimes just gives an excuse for a flaw rather than try to correct it. We have a teacher named "Mr. Bondar".

Verse 5: That'd be a bro from back home. Think "Link" (of fate) and if you know who it is then you will know who it is. She has a story called "BlackHeart" which is awesome. Her work grows exponentially. Like seriously, crazy improvement every day. I hope she pursues it.

Verse 6: I have a white house and the animals are the mascots for the schools I attended. Talking about peeps back at home even though "Verse 5" technically fits that but I'm stupid.

Verse 7: Jumpe likes homestuck. She likes foreign things like Russia and Germany. She's writing a story about whores (I'm pretty sure that's the premise).

Verse 8: This is may way of telling you (you know who you are) that my mom is gonna dress up like a 1950s diner waitress for Halloween, only she's probably also gonna be a ZOMBIE.

Verse 9: Dude, I think this one's clear enough.

Verse 10: This computer room has a wallpaper with bears (with umbrellas) and hearts every color of the rainbow. The computer light is bright. Vocaloid songs are awesome. I'm hyper in the brain.

It was.

She's gonna be working ALL day on the day of our party, so you won't be able to see her in costume then. I'll make sure we take photos though.

Harumph.

I just like this style, ya know? Like, there's no deep message and yet a whole ton of stuff is covered by symbolism (is that the right way to describe it?) so it makes it very entertaining. I had "The Walrus and the Carpenter" stuck in my head, so it is almost entirely to blame.

Skiddly doo da.

It's entertaining to read. Makes me jolly. I do not know that song.

Hold up a moment. I read the entire comment so I have to answer out of order because of my priorities.
You ready? Here it goes:
WHAT?????????????
THE WALRUS AND THE CARPENTER? YOU KNOW, ALICE IN WONDERLAND? TWEEDLE DEE AND TWEEDLE DUM?
I am not angry, by the way, just utterly appalled. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I assume you just didn't make the connection BUT I CAN'T BE SURE. Mayhaps we should watch Alice in Wonderland on Halloween night. One of the many versions I own, though the first Disney one would be the best for that song.

Okay, back to the normal order.
We probably won't take that many photos.

I forget what comes after that. "Skippedy yay"? I think. I know then it's "My oh my what a wonderful day" or is it beautiful day? I dunno, I never actually saw that movie.

I knew it was a poem from Alice and Wonderland, but you said it was stuck in your head, so I assumed you meant a song. Oh, it sounds like it's part of the disney version's soundtrack. I remember just about nothing of that version, so it makes sense that I forget the song.

I wasn't consciously making a reference, but I do know what you're talking about. I haven't seen the movie either.

I meant I was reciting the poem in my head. I suppose I carry a bit of tune, but I didn't really mean that because Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum sing like total Tweedle Twits.

I only know that song because it was in a Disney Song Book I own. That's also where I learned how to spell supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, though I might have forgotten it by now so I'm not sure if that's correct or not. Spell check really should have that word in it's dictionary.

I read that as Tweedle Tits.

You own a disney song book? That's amazing!
I can't check that spelling for you.

It's in the dictionary?

I almost wrote it as that. By mistake.

I do. I believe it's still in the cabinet under the television.

No, I'm saying it should be. I want spell check to recognize it.
